This cake was created for a huge Game of Thrones fan celebrating his 30th birthday.
This super colourful rainbow themed cake was made from Victoria sponge. Covered with sugar paste rainbow coloured balls, glitter and silvery dust to give it a magical feel.
Unicorn cakes remain very popular with young girls… and with full grown women too (I am guilty as charged!) They are colourful and pretty and sparkly … I could go on !

This colourful cake was requested for a couple celebrating their engagement. It was super fun to do, I loved making the the rainbow swirl and the buttercream flowers on the top.
I loved this cake, it had fondant converse style bootees and lots of fun things like meringues and chocolate shards.
