This 3 tiered chocolate and fruit cake was commissioned for a very special celebration.

An edible film reel was designed and made from family photos printed onto rice paper and then wound loosely round the cake tiers on an icing backing to give it structure. It was completed by a fondant topper of the recipient in a tuxedo holding a wine glass.
