A Bradford City inspired cake for a young lady who plays football herself, and very well, her family tell me.
The cake was made up of 3 layers of vanilla sponge with raspberry jam and vanilla italian meringue buttercream and completed with a fondant topper of the birthday girl, which I’m told was a good likeness! Always a compliment!
